ALERTING SOLUTIONS, INC. MANAGED MASS NOTIFICATION SYSTEM HAS PASSED NATIONAL TESTS BY DEPARTMENT OF HOMELAND SECURITY
Alerting Solutions, Inc.’s Managed Mass Notification System (MMNS) is now qualified to effectively interface with the federal government’s Integrated Public Alert and Warning System (IPAWS) national warning systems. The system, based on the Common Alerting Protocol (CAP), can now activate the various federal warning systems on behalf of emergency services organizations.
Benefits to Emergency Services Providers: The system can now expand its penetration and disseminate alert messages via additional tools, provided to the community for free by the federal government: CMAS, Geo-Targeted SMS (Personal Localized Alerting Network - PLAN):Mass alert locals and visitors with no user subscription, no per-message costs.
